Indmac Pharma offers various Internet-based services, allowing Users to purchase original pharmaceutical products. The sale/purchase of products is governed by specific policies such as cancellation, exchange, and return policies (available in the FAQ section, incorporated by reference). Users must confirm the unused and original condition of products during return requests. If returned products are used, damaged, or lack original tags, the return request is declined, and the product is re-shipped. Failure to accept the re-shipped product voids eligibility for a refund, with Indmac Pharma assuming no liability. Product descriptions on the Platform are not warranted to be accurate, complete, or error-free.
E-Platform for Communication:
The Platform serves as an online marketplace facilitating the purchase of pharmaceutical products. Indmac Pharma is a facilitator and not a party to transactions. It does not control transactions on the platform.
